Role of a Master:
1. My role is to inspire others to learn and grow. This includes both slaves and other Masters
2. To lead by example and strive to develop those qualities found in a good leader
3. To embody the spirit of trust, honor, respect, loyalty and a sense of duty. I expect that from
my slaves and my slaves can expect that from me.
4. To be able to see within others, the heart and spirit for this lifestyle and is able to teach what
he or she knows.
5. To take personal responsibility for his or her own actions and the out come of those actions.
I am responsible for the success and failures in my mastery of another.
6. I must be ethical in my control of another and in every other aspect of my life.
7. I must strive for excellence, not just as a master but also as a person.
Role of the slave:
1. To understand what being a slave means as it pertains to their specific owner. Or to gain a
basic understanding of the slaves position within the master slave dynamic
2. To make a commitment to the basics of that station prior to seeking a master
3. To have a clear understanding of one's motives for being in this station. Self discovery and
understanding one's self is as important to learning the desires of a master.
4. To be pleasing at all times
5. To be self motivating with regards to learning and growing as a slave and as a person.
6. To strive for excellence.
7. A slave is to remain willing
8. A slaves role is to work on managing those fears that get in the way of their submission
9. A slaves role is to internalize and self actualize their calling to serve the master in every
aspect of their lives
