House Of talonstar
Indoctrination and release process
The induction process is established to ensure, to some less or greater degree, the compatibility of its
members. Please be aware that this process is a lengthy one often taking up to one to two years to complete.
At the end of the first year, the Master may or may not consider, to fully induct an individual into service.
Slave applicants are required to be honest and forthcoming in all their dealings with the Master and the servant
family. Any dishonesty will result in termination of service.
Please bear in mind that this is simply an brief synopsis of the indoctrination process and that each applicants
process may vary slightly based on both my needs and the availability of the applicant
It is my belief that not matter what a Masters process is great care should be given to indoctrinating new slaves
into your household. This process in no way ensures a perfect match but should greatly increase the
likelihood.
PHASE ONE: Months 1-2
Initial contact: I will not advertise or reach out in search of its members. Slave applicants must make the initial
contact. Only after reading the my web site will correspondence begin in earnest. This correspondence will be
done through email, snail mail or by phone.
Written application: Once the initial contact is made the applicant will be sent an electronic questioner to be
completed and returned. Questions on this form are designed to gain insight into an applicant’s interest and
attributes. The application will be read and a return letter will be sent to the applicant stating the Master’s
interest to continue with the process or not.
Communication: Communications via email will begin with the Master during which time the Master will further
assess the slave applicant’s compatibility with the Master and the servant family. This type of communication
will be one on one with the Master and or the Alpha slave and will include detailed historical note taking. The
applicant will be required to be honest in all of his or her answers and dealings with the Master. If the applicant
is found to be dishonest, this process will be terminated.
The communication phase of induction will last between 2-4 months.
Initial visit: Prior to the initial visit, the applicant will be mailed a copy of the house rules to which the slave
applicant will sign and return them. The initial visit will not exceed three consecutive days and two consecutive
nights. During this visit the house rules will be strictly adhered to. Since this is a working Master slave
household, applicants will be expected to assist the Alpha slave with any household duties required.
Slave applicants will be observed as to their general behavior and adherence to the house rules. This visit will
also consist of a series of ongoing interviews by both the Master and the Alpha slave. At the end of the initial
visit the Master will counsel the slave applicant concerning his or her performance. There will be no SM during
this visit.
The initial visit to Talonbridge will be at the applicant’s expense. However, while at Talonbridge the applicant
will be provided with food and boarding.
Down time: After the initial visit the applicant will return home and for a period of one week (seven days)
without correspondence. This will offer both the Master and the applicant the opportunity to assess if the
process should continue. At the end of is period the slave applicant will then contact the Master in writing
expressing his or her wish to continue this process. The Master will then respond with his or her decision to
continue or not. This letter will be clear and decisive, stating clearly the reasons for the termination of this
process.
Second visit: This visit will be made to the home of the applicant. The purpose for this visit is a first hand look
by the Master to assess the applicant’s current living situation and to observe them in their own environment.
Slave applicants will be expected to plan activities for the Master during her stay; however, such activities will
not be at the expense of the applicant. If the applicant does not have adequate accommodations to board the
Master, arrangements will be made by the slave applicant to provide for those needs during the Master’s stay.
There will be time allocated for further interviews during this visit.
Additional visits and their location will be scheduled during this time based on the wishes of the Master.
PHASE TWO Months 2-4
Continued correspondence: This Phase will include daily journaling and writing exercises and activity based
assignments.
Additional visits: These visits will be used as tools to further assess the slave applicants’ compatibility with the
Master and the servant family. Strict adherence to house protocols will be observed and the slave applicant
will be further indoctrinated into the household; The Master will determine the frequency of these visits. Each
of these visits holds the possibility of the application process continuing or not.
PHASE THREE: Months 4-6
During this phase the slave applicant will continue the integration process into the Master slave household.
There is a continuation and advancement in service to the household. It is also during this phase that
negotiations for further integration and training will begin. Compatibility in the area of service, obedience and
SM will be clearly stated and the obligation to fulfill those requirements will be the responsibility of the slave
applicant.
PHASE FOUR: Months 6-12
At the six month mark, should the Master determine the slave applicants compatibility with the household, the
slave applicant may then opt to petition the Master for the honor of service and training to her for a period of
not less than six months. The master may opt to extend the training period if necessary depending on the slave
applicant’s progress. At the end of six month the Master may also opt to release the slave applicant from
service and or training.
PHASE FIVE: Month 12
Should the Master determine full compatibility the slave applicant, may broach the subject of relocation. If the
Master agrees, the slave applicant may relocate the slave may do so at his or her own expense. The slave
applicant will be required to set up his or her own household while continuing to serve and train at
Talonbridge. If the prime directives are adhered to, to the satisfaction of the Master at the end of one years
lease, the slave may be consider for full integration into the Master slave household…
It is the feeling of this Master that although the process is a lengthy one, such decisions to integrate someone
into a Master slave household should not be done without first proper assessment. This process and a long
and arduous one, but for the slave that is committed the length of time is unimportant.
The commitment and responsibility of the Master is equal to that of the slave who comes to serve Him or Her.
This process is important to test and weed out those individual who seek factious scenarios of what a Master
slave household is all about.
It is also fare to say that for some service to Me will be a stop along the way in their journey to realizing what
they can achieve as slaves. Should a slave be released from my household based on a need to seek some
other form of service, that slave will remain apart of my family structure, with the benefits of my counsel and
protection should he or she wish for it. (Please see the presentation on “Ethical Mastery”)
